1. Will understand your needs and build a Marketing Strategy around those needs.
2. Will always be honest with you about the price of your home an how it will slow or accelerate the sell of your home.
3. Advertise your home or property on Yahoo Real Estate, www.rockyhawrysz.com & Prudential's Web Site.
4. Advertise your home or property on the World Wide Web; www.realtor.com, www.trulia.com & many more.
5. Contact at least 50 neighbors in your surrounding area to inform them about your home listing.
6. Submit your home to the Regional Multiple Listing Service and Northern California MLS Alliance.
7. Install a professional sign and lockbox on your property.
8. Coordinate the visits to work with your schedule.
9. Make sure that your homes listing is presented to
Prudential's professional sales staff for their
potential buyers.
10. Promote your home at Professional Meetings to
generate maximum exposure to the top agents in
our area.
11. Make suggestions to enhance your home for the
market place.
12. Develop with you, a list of features and benefits
of your home.
13. Advertise your home in the Regions Newspaper
for a minimum of two weeks.
14. Hold “Open Houses” if and when desired.
15. If desired, pre-qualify all buyers prior to me
showing them your home.
16. Help with various methods of financing that your
buyer may want to use.
17. Invite the top agents in the area to tour your home.
18. Offer to you a 360 Virtual Tour & make it available on the World Wide Web and Multiple Listing
Service.
19. Prepare a full color Property Benefits Flyer & place them on Prudential’s professional yard sign. Not available in
some cases.
20. Follow up with all agents who show your home to their potential buyers and provide you feedback.
21. Contact you when desired to report the progress on your home or discuss marketing strategy.
22. Represent you during all contract offers, and negotiate the best possible price and terms on your home.
23. Provide a “Net Sheet” with all offers on your home.
24. Work closely with our Professional Transaction Coordinator to complete your transaction.
25. Arrange inspections and be present if desired.
26. Go over all inspection reports with you.
27. Stay in contact with buyer's agent during escrow and keep you informed of all contract phases.
28. Be there if desired when you sign the final papers and make arrangements to get you your Equity Check.
29. Send change of address postcards to a list of people you provide our team.
